ATHLETICS: Well dove to Avril Deegan who finished second in the 3000m at the Celtic International T&F championships in Scotland last weekend. The Irish team finished first overall. We wish Avril the very best of luck as she travels to Belgium, Spain and Portugal over the next fortnight competing in international competitions.
