CHURCH OF IRELAND SERVICES: Regrettably due to the Level 5 lockdown none of our Churches are open for worship during the month of February which includes St. Fintan’s Church in Durrow. We do however livestream a service every Sunday at 11.00am, on our Parish Facebook page called ‘The Abbeyleix & Killermogh Union of Parishes’. All are welcome to view it.

DURROW PARISH MASS ON RADIO: With attendance at public Mass prohibited, parishioners can visit all churches within the parish for private prayer. On Saturday nights at 8pm you can receive Mass from St. Tighearnach Church, Cullohill on your computer or Radio at 106.8FM

CHURCH NEWS: Appeal for Readers, Cleaners and Eucharistic Ministers: Readers and Cleaners are needed to assist the present group who are doing great work reading at Mass and cleaning the Church weekly in the Holy Trinity Church, Durrow. The rota for Readers is two Masses every six months and the readings are given to you once we receive them in the Church. For more details contact Martin Lawlor who coordinates the readers at (087) 2185839.
The Rota for the cleaners is a couple hours once a week for a month and it reoccurs every four to five months depending on the number of cleaners. The number of cleaners has dropped in the past year and we appeal to anyone who has two hours a week in the morning for a month rota maybe twice a year to contact Angela Drennan or any member of the cleaners to get your name added to the list. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
