Harps Minors start new season: The Harps Minors (U17s) got their league underway last Sunday week with a good win over Rathdowney-Errill. In a tight game The Harps edged it on the narrowest of margins 1-10 to 1-09. We wish Jim O’Connor a speedy recovery after his injury in the game. This group are also entered into the Kilkenny Minor League and play their first game this Monday against Graigue-Ballycallan away at 7pm. These games will give all involved great match practice.
Thank You! Thanks to all who supported the recent cabaret in The Sportsman’s Inn – this fundraiser to help cover costs of the Minors going to climb Croagh Patrick after Easter. They head for Mayo on Friday morning, April 6th, for what should be an interesting weekend!
