GIVE BLOOD: At the recent visit of the Blood Transfusion Service to Durrow, a total of 134 donors attended, with twelve new donors and eight lapsed donors. A total of five donors received silver awards and two donors received gold awards. Due to new data protection legislation we are no longer in a position to furnish with the names and addresses of the donors who achieved awards.
