ATHLETICS: Congratulations to Avril Deegan who came third in the Under 20 National Autumn Cross Country race at the new sports facility at Abbotstown, Dublin recently. This was a fantastic achievement in a quality field of young athletes and kicks off the cross country season on a high note. Best of luck to Avril as the season continues.
