HARPS CAMOGIE CLUB NEWS: Our club AGM was held on the 11th of January. We have been very lucky throughout the years with fantastic members on our executive and committee. The club would like to thank all outgoing members of the committee and extend a warm welcome to our newcomers. The 2020 executive committee is: Chair – Barney O’Connor; Vice-Chair – Joe Dooley; Treasurer – Bernie Walsh; Vice-Treasurer – Thérèse Drennan; Secretary – Vera Dunphy; Vice-Secretary – Marion Curran; PRO – Catherine Dollard; ASAP – Eimear Dunphy; Player Reps – Rachael Bergin and Leah Dunphy; Child Officer – Sonya Duggan; DLP – Stephanie Phelan. February Bonus Bonanza Winner – Number 1 is proving to be a popular number recently with Joan Dollard cashing in twice so far with it in the Bonus Bonanza year. Congratulations Joan!
Leinster League 2020 The campaign begun last weekend for the Harps Intermediate Team under the management of Ross Young for the second year running Result: The Harps 2-02 Lough Lene Gaels 0-09.
Congratulations to our Harps contingent: Blathnaid Deegan, Rachel Deegan, Lucy O Connor and Ruby McEvoy who are on the Presentation Thurles Camogie Team and are now Munster Junior C Champions!
