An open night is being held on Monday 6th of November at 8.30pm in Durrow Library for anyone interested in the Irish Conversation Group. Liam O’Neill, former president of the GAA will be in attendance to give a speech and officially launch the new group. This is a relaxed, welcoming group who come together to speak and practice their Irish. Ideal for students in exam years who want to practice Irish without the stress of a classroom, and for people who want to use the Irish they have. The open night will now be held at 8.30pm (previously advertised as 8pm) and tea and coffee will be served.
