LAOIS KAYAK AND CANOE CLUB: LKCC are delighted to invite you to their National Community Day Celebration in the official opening of their renovated club house on Monday 6th May from 3pm, all are welcome to attend. We will have taster kayaking sessions and light refreshments will be served on the day. We look forward to meeting you on the day.

An Adult Beginners Kayaking Course will also take place from the 9th to 26th May, booking is through eventbrite and all information for same is on www.laoiskayak.com. All paddlers training and progression follows Canoeing Ireland’s skills award programme and the club can certify to this standard.

Memberships become due this month, April, and all members are asked to have membership forms and fee in on time to enable renewal with Canoeing Ireland. Laois Kayak & Canoe Club AGM took place on Monday the 15th of April, the years progress and reports were detailed and the current committee stepped down and the following committee were elected for 2019/2020.
