rallyAbbeyleix Manor Hotel Stages Rally In Association with Midland Service Station and Laois Tourism. This year’s tarmac stages rally will take place on Sunday 23rd of February. Clerk of the course Bill Ryan who hails from Knockaroo has put months of hard work and preparation into planning the rally route and selecting this years stages. This years rally will be the opening round of the Top Part West Coast and Loughran Signs Midlands East Rally Championships.
Rally HQ and parce ferme for this event will be The Abbeyleix Manor Hotel. Scrutiny and trailer park will be held at Oliver Stanleys Texaco Service Station on the Cork road in Durrow. This event will see the crews tackle 8 special stages over some very challenging terrain around Borris in Ossory and Camross on the county Laois tarmac. Entry forms and regulations are now online since last week and there is a lot of interest in this event with a large number of entries already received.
