Erkina River Festival – June 30th 2018 🗓 🗺

ERKINA RIVER FESTIVAL: Come celebrate 20 years Canoeing with The Woodenbridge Paddlers on Saturday 30th June. Starting at 2.00pm at The Woodenbridge the festival features: A 20 Year Photograph Exhibition – Kayaking – Canoe Polo – Rafting – Equestrian / Pony Rides – Sheep Dog Trial – Sheep Shearing – Fishing and Game Demo. This will then be followed by a Heritage Walk at 6.00pm which will encompass Newtown Weir and The Nunnery (this site is reputed to have historical connections to a very famous Navel Ship). This will be followed by BBQ along with Music by the Moving Statues in the Marquee.
