anglingOn Sunday May 31st Durrow Parish Anglers held a Pike Fishing competition for the CJ Finnegan Memorial Cup. The fishing was excellent with every person catching at least one fish. The winner was David Walsh with a fish weighing over 23lbs. This fish is a “Specimen” and David will receive from the Fishery Board a Certificate to mark his catch – well done David. The runner up was Sean Geoghegan and third was Darren Cooney. Well done to all involved.
