THE CASTLE ARMS HOTEL: It’s with great regret that we have to inform you that the Defibrillator that was located in the reception area of the hotel that was available for anyone should they need it has actually been stolen. The Gardaí have been notified and advised that we make the general public aware of the despicable act. Please spread the word so that all residents in the area are aware of same. We are in the process of replacing it and we will notify you when we have another one in situ. If any has any information on the theft of the Defibrillator we would be very grateful if you could contact us at the hotel or Abbeyleix Garda Station.
