HARPS GAA: Over the past few weekends the U21 hurlers have continued their winning run in the championship to qualify for the final. The results are as follows: Quarter Final – November 25th: Rosenallis 0-06 vs 5-12 The Harps (Played in Rosenallis); Semi Final – November 16th: The Harps 1-13 v 0-15 Clough-Ballacolla (Played in Durrow). The Harps will face Camross, in a repeat of the U19 Final, this Saturday (December 22nd) at 1.00pm. The venue is the Laois Centre of Excellence on Fr Browne Avenue, Portlaoise. Camross overcame Abbeyleix in their semi-final with sixteen points to spare. Best of luck to the lads!

ST. STEPHEN’S DAY TOURNAMENT: The Harps GAA will again hold the Annual Wren Bhoys Tournament at the Club grounds in Durrow on December 26th from 11am. Anyone interested in hurling on one of four teams, please forward your name to Tommy Moore (086) 3338089 or Conor Dunne (087) 9700875. It is hoped that this year, funds raised will purchase a defibrillator for the Club grounds. A very worthy cause.
