THE HARPS GAA CLUB: Juveniles: Huge congratulations to our U11 hurlers who won the Division 1 Go Games title after an epic battle with our neighbours Clough/Ballacolla in O’Moore Park on Thursday evening 6th of September last. This completes a Hurling/Football double for this particular group of players this year as the U11 footballers won the Division 2 title after a hard fought encounter against a highly talented Na Fianna Og team on August 19th. Well done to Enda and his mentors on a brilliant achievement. In addition our U10 hurlers showed great skill and bravery taking on Mountmellick in the Division 2 shield final. Unfortunately the result didn’t go our way but much better days lie ahead as all the panel are underage again next year. Well done to Martin Brophy and his team of selectors for all the hard work throughout the year.

Senior Hurling Team: The Harps Senior Hurlers are into the Senior A Semi-Finals and their next match will be against Rosenallis on this coming Saturday evening at 5.30pm in Mountrath. Please come along and support the lads!
Race Night: Our Annual Race Night is on Saturday, September 22nd in Lennons Venue, Durrow. Horses are currently on sale from players and committee members. We appeal to everyone to support this important fundraiser that finances the running costs associated in fielding our teams for the year.
