Pipe-Laying works delayed over dispute with Kilkenny

Further to discussion with Cllr James Kelly, he has informed us that there is a delay in the closure of Carrigan Street due to a dispute between Laois County Council and Kilkenny County Council. Part of the diversion from Ballinakill crosses into Kilkenny County with the dispute being over the gritting of the road.
