The Beavers and Cubs sections have now finished their weekly meetings for the season and they also really enjoyed their recent summer camps in Portlick and Larch Hill respectively. Scouts and Ventures: Scouts are heading off on their Annual Summer Camp on Wednesday July 12th. This is a series of camps run by Scouting Ireland in the Run up to Stradbally in 2018. Our Scouts attended Camp 2 in Lough Dan while a small number attended Camp 3 in Limerick, Camp 4 in Cavan and this year’s is in Mountmeleray, Co. Waterford. All camps were very enjoyable, and this promises to be also. Our Ventures and two of our scouters are staffing this camp.
